I became a professional stage, radio and screen actress in 1993 and was on TV regularly for around twenty years, though I still make appearances as and when I fancy a little revisit to my old career.

I became a professional writer in 2007 when I got my first paid writing commission for theatre, though I’d written articles and reviews for publications before that, plus had been writing plays and stories since childhood. I write books in many different genres and currently have a five book deal for my series The Accidental Medium, published by Pan Macmillan. 

I have also been a teacher on and off for years, plus I’m a qualified life coach. Recently I decided to branch into helping others find their voice (and their confidence) in their chosen field, whether it be writing, acting or public speaking. Everyone has an inner authenticity which when tapped into makes doing what they do look relaxed and ‘easy’.

Many people find it hard to find their ‘voice’ as a writer and I am offering online coaching tailored to the client to help them do just that.

I am also happy to work face-to-face in a corporate environment, giving workshops, seminars and one-on-ones in finding your authentic voice as a writer, as an actor, in making recorded content, or in speaking publicly with confidence.
